What you'll own.

- 07Coordinate harvesting and post-harvest activities
- 08Maintain farm records and documentation
02 · Requirements
What we're looking for.
- 01Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- 02Minimum 3 years experience in organic farming
- 03Knowledge of organic certification standards
- 04Understanding of sustainable farming practices
- 05Team management skills
- 06Physical ability to work in farm conditions
- 07Local language proficiency

Helpful, not required.
- 01Certification in organic agriculture
- 02Experience with permaculture or regenerative agriculture
- 03Knowledge of traditional farming methods
