Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dairy production operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Manage production schedules and inventory
- Lead and develop production team
- Implement process improvements
- Coordinate with supply chain and quality teams
- Monitor and optimize production costs
- Maintain equipment and facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in dairy production management
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and quality standards
- Experience with HACCP and GMP implementation
- Team leadership and management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in related field
- ISO 22000 certification knowledge
- Experience with automated dairy processing systems
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
