01 · Responsibilities
What you'll own.
- 01Oversee daily dairy production operations
- 02Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- 03Manage production schedules and inventory
- 04Lead and develop production team
- 05Implement process improvements
- 06Coordinate with supply chain and quality teams
- 07Monitor and optimize production costs
- 08Maintain equipment and facilities
02 · Requirements
What we're looking for.
- 01Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or related field
- 02Minimum 5 years experience in dairy production management
- 03Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and quality standards
- 04Experience with HACCP and GMP implementation
- 05Team leadership and management skills
- 06Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- 07Excellent communication skills

Helpful, not required.
- 01Master's degree in related field
- 02ISO 22000 certification knowledge
- 03Experience with automated dairy processing systems
- 04Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
